Similar to traditional family constellations, structural constellations, and family sculpting, our creative approach explores family dynamics, hidden loyalties, and intergenerational patterns.
Participants represent family members or elements (such as emotions, concepts, or life events) using objects or symbols.

Unlike traditional constellations, creative constellations encourage artistic expression. Participants use art, movement, or other creative forms to represent their inner experiences. This allows for deeper insights and emotional release.
